DX52D galvanized steel coil is a highly formable steel designed for deep drawing and other demanding applications. It is made from a cold-rolled steel coil, hot-dip galvanized to enhance corrosion resistance. After galvanizing, the coil undergoes tempering/quenching and passivation to further enhance corrosion resistance and prepare it for painting or coating.
Its excellent formability, weldability, and durability make it widely used in automotive, construction, and appliance applications. Available in a variety of thicknesses, coatings, and surface treatments, this product can be customized to meet specific needs.
